Shipping Policies for Found Home LLC (also known as Studio Bad Egg):

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

Processing Time: All orders require an estimated processing time of 2-14 days before shipping.
Domestic Shipping: US Domestic First Class Shipping usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.
International Shipping: International shipping is estimated to take up to 6-14 weeks for delivery. We currently ship worldwide.

Address and Shipping Disclaimer:

Customer Input Errors: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address input by the customer, we can resend it upon the customer covering the return shipping fee. We do not refund shipping costs, and we cannot accommodate requests to combine orders for shipping refunds.
Forwarding Addresses: USPS often cannot verify forwarding addresses. If an address is a forwarding address, we cannot guarantee safe delivery without USPS confirmation. Customers may contact us for tracking information after shipment.

Preorders:

Preorder Timelines: Preorders take an estimated 10-14 weeks after production for grading, packaging, and fulfillment. Holidays or shop "vacations" may extend the estimated ship date.
Address Changes: Address change requests for preorders are accommodated within 7 days of order placement. After shipment, address changes may not be possible.
Mixed Orders: In-stock items alongside pre-order items will be held until the pre-order arrives. Separate orders for separate arrival times or a single order for simultaneous arrivals will determine shipping procedures.

COVID-19 Impact and Delivery Services:

Shipping Delays: Due to COVID-19's effect on delivery services, accurate shipping times are challenging to predict. We appreciate your patience as we do not control USPS shipping.

Responsibility Disclaimers:

Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for customs fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Mis-Delivered Packages: Found Home is not responsible for these occurrences resulting from customer-inputted incorrect addresses.
Shipping-Related Issues: Once shipped, Found Home has no control over the package. Customers should use provided tracking numbers to inquire with their local post office for shipping-related issues.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title of items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

Replacement/Return Requests:

Eligibility: Replacement/return requests are considered if there is a missing product or a shipping error at the fault of Found Home, provided a complaint is lodged within 30 days from the delivery date or estimated delivery date.

Agreement Clause: By purchasing from Found Home LLC (Studio Bad Egg), customers agree to these shipping conditions.
